At Encompass we recognize that each pregnancy is unique. Our team invests time in building strong therapeutic relationships grounded in empathy, respect, and compassion, fostering a sense of partnership between providers and patients.

We are available to see you starting at any point during your pregnancy, and provide the following services:

  • Pre and Post Natal Care
  • Family Planning
  • Labour and Delivery in the East Kootenay Regional Hospital
  • Lactation Support

We have a provider on call at the East Kootenay Regional Hospital 24 hours a day for any births or emergent concerns. Patients can call the UPCC at 250-420-2323 and speak to a nurse during office hours for any other questions.

Through your pregnancy journey, you’ll have the opportunity to meet all the members of our team. That means that when the time comes to deliver your baby, you’ll have a familiar face to support you in the delivery room.

Hospital Services

An Encompass provider is on call 24/7 and will provide labour, delivery, and immediate postpartum care at East Kootenay Regional Hospital, working closely with the hospital’s dedicated nursing team to ensure exceptional patient support.
